Twisted patterns are painted in vermilion, green, and brown colored lacquer. There are slight steps between the colors. The rim is not round, but rather floral.

 

 

Kinsa KAWABATA IV

1891 - 1975

Third son of the third generation's elder brother, Tsuikichi. At the age of 22, he assumed the name of KINSA IV and produced many tea ceremony utensils.
