1. How to Order
1-1. Find your items :

1-3. Response to your inquiry :
Our staff will contact you regarding the price, inventory status, and any other details you inquired about.
1-4. Confirm your order :
Once we confirm your intention to purchase, we will secure the item and send you an order confirmation email.
1-5. Payment & Shipping :
After we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare your order for shipping.
Our online listed items are also sold at our physical store. Please note that transactions will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We make every effort to update our inventory status as quickly as possible, but please understand that there may be a time lag due to staff absence or store holidays.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for international orders:

We primarily use EMS (Express Mail Service), a reliable international courier service provided by Japan Post. This service includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. For certain items or destinations, we may use other reputable carriers like DHL or FedEx.
・Shipping Costs :
The shipping fee we quote includes the cost of shipping, professional packing materials, and full insurance for the item. The total cost is calculated based on the item's size, weight, and your destination country. We will provide a shipping quote to you after you place your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
・Delivery Time :
Delivery times vary by destination. Please be aware that customs clearance may cause additional delays.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
・Customs Declarations :
We will declare the correct value of the item on all customs forms.
・Import Duties and Taxes :
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any other customs-related fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
