Yokoyama Seiki was a painter of the Shijo School active in the late Edo period. He was a disciple of Matsumura Keibun, and together with Nakajima Raisho, Kishi Renzan, Shiokawa Bunrin, and others, was regarded as one of the "Four Famous Heian School Painters" of the late Edo period.

Born in Kyoto, Japan.
His first name was Kizo (暉三), and his family name was Shigefumi (成文) or Kibun (奇文).
His family name was Gogaku and Kasumishiro.
He studied the Shijo school under Matsumura Keibun. Some say that he also studied under Emura Haruura.
He lived in Shinmachi Shijo-kita.
Together with Kishi Renzan, Shiokawa Bunrin, and Nakajima Raisho, he was known as one of the "Four Famous Heian Families".
Murase Soseki and Okajima Kiyokko were among his students.
He played a leading role in the construction of the Forbidden Imperial Palace during the Ansei Era.
He was 73 years old.
